Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how GS Systems, Inc. d/b/a GreenScreens (“GreenScreens,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on greenscreens.tv (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. It does not cover the GreenScreens customer application, which is governed by your service agreement.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences, and understand how it’s used. “Similar technologies” include pixels, tags, and local storage; we use the word “cookies” to cover all of these.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Site to work — security, load balancing, and basic navigation. These can’t be switched off in our systems. Our hosting platform (Microsoft Azure) may set short-lived cookies for routing and security.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, and device type, in aggregate. Google sets the following cookies:
_ga— distinguishes visitors; expires after 2 years._ga_*— maintains session state for our Google Analytics property; expires after 2 years.
Learn more in Google’s cookie documentation.
Functional
We use Zoho to power our live chat. Zoho SalesIQ sets cookies (names typically beginning zsiq or zld) to identify returning chat visitors and keep your chat session connected as you move between pages — see Zoho’s cookie policy. Demo scheduling is powered by Calendly; if you book a demo, Calendly may set cookies to manage your booking session — see Calendly’s cookie notice.
Advertising
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the Site. If that changes, we’ll update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
How to manage cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings — see your browser’s help pages for instructions. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works (for example, live chat may not stay connected). You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Consent
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies (such as analytics), we obtain it before setting them and you can withdraw it at any time through your browser settings or any cookie controls offered on the Site. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or the law change. We’ll post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date.
