These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website greenscreens.tv (the “Site”), operated by GS Systems, Inc. d/b/a GreenScreens (“GreenScreens,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for cannabis-industry professionals and persons 21 or older. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Site vs. the product

These Terms cover the marketing website only. Use of the GreenScreens software product is governed by a separate subscription agreement between you (or your company) and GreenScreens.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to: use it in violation of any law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site; scrape, harvest, or collect data except as permitted; or misuse forms or submit false information.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the “GreenScreens” name and marks — are owned by GreenScreens or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Submissions

If you send us information through a form or email (e.g., a demo request), you grant us permission to use it to respond to you and operate our business, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Don’t submit confidential information you don’t want us to have.

Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party sites and services (e.g., scheduling, chat, analytics). We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Product capabilities, integrations, and figures described on the Site are for general information and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenScreens will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenScreens from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Site at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and GreenScreens regarding the Site.
